Durrow Mills is an innovative Irish ingredients company and bakery in the heart of Ireland, that specialises in sprouting organic grains for the use in food production and also for use in our organic sourdough bakery. Our philosophy is 'do it slowly, do it right'. With the increasing movement towards healthy, natural products, our sprouted flours are high in fibre, a source of protein and gentle on the system. Our unique sprouting process has been developed over two years. Organic grains are slowly activated and grown to just the correct stage, raw dried gently and then carefully stone milled fresh to order to preserve their essential properties and nutritional values. Sprouted flours are extremely versatile and easy to use and can be substituted into any recipe or mixed with other flours. These are on sale throughout Ireland and the UK in high end retailers and health stores and direct to food manufacturers and bakeries. We plan to increase our range of wholesale products over the next year and develop further the brand of Durrow Mills to the consumer.
